Simon organised and conducted a workshop for speakers and audience members at the October 2005 Sussex Enterprise Business Event, at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne.
The workshop was led by Simon and involved a variety of team-building exercises, based around various percussion techniques, aimed at maximising participation and enjoyment for all.

Using around 200 percussion instruments of various kinds, the participants were delighted with the results they were able to achieve in such a short time and many of them came away with very positive reflections on the workshop and its outcome.
